Our total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Niro Energy in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1,000 USD, whichever is greater.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration. You and Niro Energy agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis.
